Bible stories report seven years of feast followed by seven years of famine.

This seems very true today (although the time period may be out). In the holiday park industry during and after COVID we saw unprecedented demand for our "staycation" products and parks were sold out across the nation. Every pitch was occupied and waiting lists were long. Manufacturers struggled to keep up facing problems with workforce illness and supply lines fractured.

How times have changed.

The cost of living crisis, high interest rates, high inflation, overseas wars, - and finally - the British weather. Oh, and finally, finally - we have an election coming shortly and although everyone knows the result, everyone is holding off decision making - just in case.

Tomorrow the sun will come out AND the election will eventually be history - life goes on!!
